Australian police rocked by racism claims after video emerges of officers beating up Aboriginal teenage joyrider
Police opened fire after a stolen car mounted the pavement, hitting a 29-year-old woman. But mobile phone footage shows officers punching one of the unarmed passengers while he is pinned to the ground, bleeding heavily.
