Cape Verde: Sal's parched Martian landscape is out of this world (and so is the mini-golf...)
Harry Ritchie is stunned by the landscape in the arid but amiable Cape Verde. It's perfect for a half-term family holiday and the only stress he encountered was his tan, which soon resembled the colour of a ripe tomato.
