Arthur Gilbert: Gruelling regime of grandfather, 91, bidding to be world�s oldest triathlete

Superfit Arthur Gilbert, 91, has been taking part in triathletes, which include running (left and right), cycling (centre, top) and swimming, (centre, bottom) since the 1970s. Yesterday he took part in his 41st competition, completing the 500 metre swim, a 20k bike ride and a 5k run in less than three hours.
